This commercial office complex is designed to harmonize with the natural landscape of West Texas. Peak Land Design thoughtfully incorporated elements of the oilfield industry into the arid beauty of the region. Custom planters were crafted from oilfield casing, bollards were made using collared pipe, and sucker rod was repurposed for edging. The goal was to create a design that feels as though the building naturally emerged from the West Texas plains, blending seamlessly with its surroundings. Native plants were also used in the landscaping to further connect the design to the local environment. Every detail was carefully planned to celebrate the unique character of West Texas while integrating the region’s industrial heritage.
